Hello,

This is Desiree here! I have been working as a doula now for four years and have attended over 50 births, most of which are right here in the North Country. Sprouting Families is "in transition" right now as I work to finish my midwifery education. I am greatful for everyone's paitence as we continue to work diligently to increase care options in the North Country.

My ultimate goal for Sprouting Families is to have a collective of birth workers that work together to service our vast area and make doula care affordable and attainable. I have been working to train new doulas and adding them to my team so that our area is well covered for doula care.

My goal is still to empower and support families to make educated choices in regards to their prenatal experience, labor/delivery, and postpartum period.
